Upon arrival, our host seemed dismayed at our presence. She was not rude, but when asked if there was anything we needed to be aware of, she failed to mention what to do if we wanted to have our room tended to. She seemed more interested in telling us the black out times for the communal areas and was hardly ever in reception. This is easily fixed (hence the 5 stars). Overall, worth a stay.Sahib Singh24. Cheryl is an amazing host and you will be surprised by the little thoughtful delights you will find in the room, kitchenette, and fridge. You will not regret booking this luxurious boutique hotel. The added touches of excellent coffee and appliances added to a great breakfast of fresh sourdough daily with orange juice. The bed was comfortable and the shower and products were excellent.
